Paul and Kathy Shields two Santa Barbara locals, founded Savoy Cafe & Deli in 2005 providing one of the healthiest and highest quality restaurants in town. Paul and Kathy along with their four growing sons, operated the cafe from 2005-2025, with the goal of providing good food, great service, in a welcoming environment.
